Mr. Moses Tan
Founder
For more than 30 years, Moses Tan has helped manufacturers solve one fundamental challenge—improving industrial performance through innovation. His career began with Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Target Costing Management (TCM), working alongside multinational manufacturers to eliminate waste, improve productivity and build sustainable operational excellence. Over the years, he has successfully led transformation initiatives across semiconductor, automotive, electronics, paper, precision engineering, food manufacturing and process industries throughout Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
As global manufacturing evolved, Moses recognised that carbon management would become the next frontier of industrial competitiveness. Manufacturers would need more than spreadsheets and manual reporting—they would require accurate, real-time intelligence to measure, reduce and verify product carbon footprints while meeting increasingly stringent international regulations.
This conviction led him to establish SustainC6.
Drawing on decades of manufacturing expertise, Moses pioneered AI-driven technologies that combine operational data with automated carbon measurement, enabling manufacturers to integrate sustainability directly into everyday production. His work has been recognised through industry innovation awards, including the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (SICC) Best Technological Collaboration Award, and his real-time Product Carbon Footprint platform received endorsement under the European Eureka research and innovation programme for applications supporting Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) and Digital Product Passport (DPP) initiatives.
